About Beresford ID Company

Everybody needs ID cards. No one wants to deal with them. Let us help make the process easy! Beresford ID Company is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1975, specializing in ID cards and access control products. Our products and services include ID printers, smart cards and blank cards, ribbons, software, visitor systems, door readers, badge accessories, in-house printing services, installations, and technical support. We represent all major ID printer manufacturers and software for ID production, access control, and time & attendance.

What sets us apart?

  • Although we have global capabilities, you still get the unbeatable customer service of a small business. We will pick up the phone when you call!

  • We are one of the only ID printer companies that has factory-trained technicians in-house! That means that you don’t have to reach out to manufacturers for support when you have issues. Warranty or not, we can help troubleshoot and repair your equipment and software. We also offer full-service installation, training, network and database services, and preventative and on-site emergency maintenance.

  • Our knowledge is unmatched; we have even been recruited as an expert witness in trials due to our expertise in cases of ID card fraud and security.

  • We have national and global customers in industries across the board including automotive, construction, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, factory warehouses, schools, and retail. In-house, we produce over 2 million cards a year.

  • We treat you like we treat our family, with kindness and respect; you will never be oversold, and you are not locked into a service contract.

  • We offer fair and competitive pricing, well below MSRP.
